The conceptual film follows the journey of a pixel as it navigates it’s way through an abstract world of different media platforms. The surreal and collaborative brief from Abacus encouraged play and exploration, offering a great deal of freedom when it came to the overall concept as well as the design and finish of the ‘pixel world’, allowing for a smart and arresting brand film.

To celebrate a decade of music and sound design in commercials, animation, and independent films, Echoic Audio joins forces with leading artists and creative agencies to create a series of experimental brand-led films.
"My inspiration for the ident came from the magnitude of sounds within a rainforest. Using a frog as a central character, I wanted to see what it would look like if everything in this landscape moved and reacted like the vocal sac from a frog. This also helped tie in the small bubble shapes found on the Echoic's logo
